Step 1: Call Curbside at 800-HHW-PKUP (800-449-7587) or email mailto:hotline@curbsideinc.com to explain the type and quantity of waste you wish to have picked up from your home. A collection appointment will be scheduled at this time.
What’s Accepted: Paint, painting supplies, insecticides, herbicides, automotive products, fluorescent lights, tubes, CFLs, batteries, computer monitors, laptops, computers, cell phones, TVs, consumer electronics, cleaning products, pesticides, solvents, non-empty aerosol cans, medicines (non-controlled pills and capsules only) and sharps.
What’s Not Accepted: Biological waste, ammunition, leaking containers, large appliances, commercial chemicals (for business use), radioactive materials, explosives, fire extinguishers, containers over 5 gallons, and household garbage.
Step 2: Curbside Inc. will then send you a collection kit (instruction sheet, plastic bag for your materials, labels for the items, and a tie for the bag).
Step 3: Follow your kit instructions to properly prepare your materials for pick-up. Set out your items by 7a.m. on your scheduled collection day.
It’s that easy! Disposing of dangerous household waste, right from your own front door, is now a matter of picking up the phone or sending an email!
