The Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) is prepared by City staff and annually audited by an outside accounting firm. This report is prepared following guidelines recommended by the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) of the United States and Canada and the standards adopted by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB).
