9-1-1 Emergency Telephone Number

All emergency calls should be directed to 9-1-1.

The calls go directly to the Hillsborough Police Department, which then dispatches the information to the appropriate emergency agency (Fire Department, Paramedics, Police, etc.). Through computer technology, the caller's address and telephone number immediately appear on the computer screen at the Police Department. This service provides the Town with faster, more accurate responses in emergency situations.
