Dear Town Customer,
As part of the Town’s response to COVID-19, the Town closed its facilities to protect public health. Essential services like public safety and emergency maintenance continued in-person. Most other services changed format to virtual or online.
GENERAL TOWN MATTERS:
Town Hall has re-opened for the public to visit the planning counter, finance department, and other business activities. In accordance with State law, unvaccinated visitors must wear a mask and maintain social distancing from others. The Town anticipates opening the Town Hall for meetings and other gatherings on September 1st.
- September 1st - Town Hall re-opens for meetings and other gatherings
- September 10th - 15th - Council Chambers Serving as Vote Center (pending confirmation of election date)
- October 11th - First in-person City Council meeting
- October 4th - First in-person ADRB meeting
All dates are tentative and subject to change.
Town Hall is open from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am to 12:00pm Friday.
Town Hall has re-opened to the public, however resources will remain available online at https://www.hillsborough.net/ or over the phone at (650) 375-7400. Forms and services are still available on the Town’s website. Below are links to some of the Town’s most commonly used forms. Forms requiring payment can be submitted with a check either by mail or by dropping off in our white locked drop box in the parking lot of Town Hall. This includes business licenses, alarm permits and monitoring, paying a water bill, signing up for new water service or closing an existing account.
