Where is my water shut off?
Typically it is in the front of your home. Often it is a red wheel or lever located on the lower portion of a pipe leading to a water spout. If you have a break in your lateral line, the water needs to be shut off at the street. Please call a plumber or Public Works at 650-375-7444. After work hours, contact the Police department non-emergency number at 650-375-7470.
